When Atlanta welcomed a new mayor, the city needed a unified identity that could work across departments, adapt to a range of design skill levels, and still resonate with a diverse public. I developed a flexible system anchored in Helvetica Neue and a color palette derived from the city seal—placing the seal at the center as a symbol of resurgence. The result was a modern, professional identity that felt both institutional and human, scalable from press events to community flyers while maintaining clarity and impact.

MY ROLE: SENIOR DESIGNER

I established Atlanta’s first standardized brand identity system, connecting the Mayor’s Moving Atlanta Forward agenda across 25+ departments. Directed cross-media teams (video, photo, social) to apply unified brand standards and deliver consistent storytelling across all platforms.
