UX/UI Case Study
Role: UX/UI Designer, Brand Designer
Tools: Figma, Adobe
Duration: 3 Months

The Challenge
Fitness apps are often cluttered, overwhelming, or overly generic—especially for users trying to balance multiple wellness goals (workouts, nutrition, weight loss, motivation). Users frequently drop off because of:
-
Confusing onboarding
-
Inflexible goal-setting
-
Poor tracking of workout performance
-
A lack of personal motivation features
Our goal: Design a mobile experience that’s streamlined, motivating, and tailored—so users can track workouts, nutrition, and progress without friction.
The Solution
Fit Core is a mobile-first fitness platform built to personalize the wellness journey. Through intuitive onboarding, smart tracking tools, and motivational nudges, users can clearly visualize their progress and push toward their goals—without being overwhelmed.
Core improvements included:
-
A seamless 3-step onboarding flow with preferences, fitness goals, and customization
-
A responsive dashboard showcasing daily stats, workout details, and motivational insights
-
Workout logging tools that allow for in-session tracking of sets, reps, weight, and progress
-
Nutritional tracking and hydration check-ins integrated into the daily overview
-
Gamified progress tracking with badges, milestones, and goal streaks
